We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.
Role
We are looking for 2 x Permanent and 1 x 12-month fixed term / secondment to come and work with us in the Debt Recovery Team here at TPR.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a subset of:
- collection of unpaid fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling
- resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- reviews of cases and any associated write offs
- dealing with Hardship (Payment Plans)
- knowledge of court recovery processes in the UK
Essential criteria
Essential
- Knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery and how it works.
- Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in call centre environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of Court Recovery Processes in the UK.
